Customer; a very Large Solid German firm making electronic equipment
In this context the duties are as follow:
Configure Travel & Expense application.
Implement of Concur application followed by roll out.
Handle system changes and/or working with Development or Concur Support to obtain resolution.
Perform testing and validation of the system in during Development, UAT and integration and/or extracting data to and from external ERP system such as SAP.
Create and maintain documentation and procedures related to the application such as: 'Requirements' documents, test scripts, system and process flow charts.
Plan and prepare end-user and stakeholder communications related to implementations and other application related activities/events impacting users.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Job Requirements
Skill:
Ability to work independently and in a high performance global environment.
Previous Concur experience travel and expense implementation/configuration experience required. Integration and/or extracting data to and from external ERP system such as SAP.
Strong written, spoken and presentation communication skills in English is required
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills required
Project management and/or Business analysis skills preferred.
