For one of my clients out of the financial area in Frankfurt I am currently looking for a Project Manager.Project Description / Tasks:
Service Transition manages the transition of changes to applications from projects into the operational responsibility of the Production Organization. This includes the introduction of operational requirements to the projects in terms of non-functional requirements, the verification of service level requirements and quality of project deliverables relevant for operations. Simultaneously Service Transition ensures in close cooperation with Service Operations the readiness of Production to take over responsibility after Cutover. This includes the definition of operational processes, know-how transfer, required configuration changes in ITSM tools and the verification of operational procedures during the test.

- ITIL
- Knowledge of Scrum / DevOps
- QMS-Processes
- Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
