Goals & Performance Mgmt, Career & Devlopment Planning, Succession Planning and potentially 360° Review.40 days between May and October for both tracks.
We would need to have the consultants with approx 2-3 days/week ASAP until May, afterwards 1 day / week might be enough (in average).
This requests covers 2 separate delivery tracks, that can be staffed by different consultants:
a) Support the configuration of a global pilot implementation in the areas of Goal & Performance Management,
Performance Management, Calibration, Career & Development Planning and Succession Planning
In addition to the process setup scope, subject such as switching on mobile features, implement intelligent services
and further work on dashboards and analytics might be required.
For this part of the assignment a participation in functional design workshops on April 19/ 20, 2016 is needed, as
the workshop results will be the basis for the services that are expected to be delivered in the pilot setup.
b) Implement changes to the existing GM/PM/CDP processes according to an already predefined, but not yet fully
finalized description.
This includes a V12 Acceleration activity as well as the consolidation of CDP into the PM process.
The prototype is already there, i.e. not too much configuration activities (unless Nestle decides to completely
change their mind)
The work will have to be completed by September 2016 timeframe. Next to the adaptation of the existing processes,
translations into 10 languages are required.
