Tangent are urgently looking for a German Speaking Project Controller to work a 3 month rolling contract in Germany (Berlin/Dusseldorf)
(first 6 months in Berlin, then move to Dusseldorf)

Duties and Responsibilities
Mandatory requirements:
Positive and open-minded, target-oriented, able to work under stress and pressure
Able to manage a team with 3~5 team members
Teamwork
With no less than 5 years experiences of Telecommunication Project mgmt/Coordination
Able to communicate with customer and manage 3rd-party and subcontractor to follow up and push to achieve the target
Able to understand the principles of Transmission knowledge (OSN/Router) and Telecommunication standards. (if not, at least can quickly learned)
Good skills on Excel (V-Lookup, pivot, report)..
Optional requirements (nice to have it):
Project management Experiences in Telefonica or ePlus
Project management Experiences in CW and Tx
