Within project the customer is trying to cope with the new BCBS239 regulations. The goal is to optimize the whole risk reporting structure regarding visibilty, automation as well as the assurance of current data and transparency. Therefore the customer wants to pilot 3 workflow based processes with BPM to get a feeling regarding the effort that is needed to implement all 23 processes.
All 23 processes should be implemented by the end of 2017
