Für unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir ab einen PMO Senior Expert (m/w) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 10 Monaten.

The candidate will work in PMO; project management office, as part of the Projects division
and this in a regional environment NESD; North Europe Service Delivery. The main activity of PMO is to support the whole The client organization in terms of project, program, portfolio, resource, time tracking and demand management. This will always happen through reporting, advice, consultancy, tools and training remaining aligned with the CPM Project Management processes.
The job will consist in taking care for such assistance. You will work on various administrative and supporting project office tasks for one or several projects & programs and working under the lead of a project or program managers.

Key tasks which can be part of your full package depending on the project and or program:
- Collect, maintain and report on planning information
- Collect, maintain and report on budget information
- Collect & report on risks of the project/program
- Prepare reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
- Create status reports for the project(s)/program
- Organize and follow-up specific project/program requests like ordering, weekend work, etc.
- Organize all project documents
- Organize meetings and write minutes
- Prepare meeting presentations (Kick-Off, Steer-Co, Project Reviews, Project Closure, etc.)
- Support the PM in the marketing of the project (Internal communication, events)
- Support the PM in the resource management process
- Be eventually the back-up of the PM for certain tasks if needed and agreed
- No travel
- No additional work and/or standby

Technical requirements
- MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Tool knowledge like Perform (based on PPM from HP) and/or project management follow-up tools (MS project) is a plus.

Methodology/Certification requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Project Management certification appreciated
- Formal training in Microsoft
- PowerPoint and Excel appreciated

- Extensive Project Management Officer experience in big Projects and programs (Budgets, plan, schedule, issues, tracking/remediation, risk Analysis, etc.)?
- Experience in Managing and performing Finacial Audits/Reviews, Managing Project Budget and resource Management (planning, maintenance & Controlling)?
- Proven experience in analysing technical program Business cases?
- Expertise in reporting skills (MS Excel: PivotTable, macro building, Dashboards,)?
- Proven knowledge of Project Methodology and/or certification?
- Strong communication skills and able to motivate People without having any hierachical responsibility?
- Expertise in creating and maintaining Project documentation (Project Management Plan, Steerco presentations, Action Log, Risk Log, Mitigation Plan,...)?
- Strong tracking, coordination and Project planning skills?
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or applications improvements?
- Strong financial analytical and Problem-solving skills?
