Server License Management Practitioner (f/m)

Starting date: 2nd of May 2016
Length of the contract: 36 Months with possibility of extension
Task description:
*Assess technical and non-technical change requests, assess process compliance of services and project/release deliverables
*Support project teams with the engineering and design of IT services
*Use IT service management tools (eg Marval MSM, HP Service Manager) and project management tracking tools (eg JIRA, etc.)
*Manage the IT process Problem Management, IT process Capacity Management and the IT process Availability Management
*Coordinate IT capacity forecasts
*Report on the adherence of capacity and availability service level targets
*Monitor concepts and technical methods
*Program in PHP
Your profile:
*Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
*ITIL Foundation certification
*Experience with the management of ITSM processes
*Experience with Software Asset Management and Server License Management
*Experience with the international standards ISO 20000 and ISO 27001
*Experience with preparing and participating in audits
*Proven experience with preparing and providing IT training material and courses
*Good command of English with proven drafting ability
