CRM Consultant needed for a client project in Munich with expertise of the latest cloud technologies for driving a Pilot Cloud Solution across different technologies, such as:
- Salesforce
- SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)
- Microsoft Dynamics
The ideal candidate should also have good skills in the following areas:
o Previous experience in implementing CRM solutions
o Knowledge of cloud based CRM solutions - ideally expert in one solution and experience in a second solution
o Experienced and good facilitator/moderator
Maintains positive attitute
Motivate people
Good transfer thinking
o Experience with different methodologies, eg process descriptions, requirements gathering, evaluation, etc.
o Experience in tool evaluations
Important evaluation criteria
Best practice for documentation
o Appliaction development like VBA Scripting
- Fluent English
