New Contract opportunity: Operational Risk Consultant- Germany
Next-Link are currently looking an experience Operation Risk Consultant for our client in Germany for the following skills and experience:
Role Description:
- As a Consultant attached to TCS BFS Risk Practice, you will be providing Subject Matter Expertise for our Risk & Compliance Consulting & Implementation Programs for our Banking Customers globally. Key responsibilities include:
- Interact with Client and analyze regulatory documents to decipher requirements
- Prepare Business Architecture & Business Requirement documents
- Develop Functional Requirements Specifications & Business Data requirements definitions related to the 3 lines of defense implementation
- Ability to study the key business processes for the Private Banking/Wealth Management/Global Transaction Banking space
- Defining Functional test scenarios & Test Cases
- Implement, integrate, enhance, customize, and retire/replace 3rd party products in the space of Operational Risk & GRC
- Assist with development of framework, policy, procedure, and implementation of various ORM tools including but not limited to Risk
- Control Self Assessments, Key Risk Indicators, Loss Data Management
- Contribute to the Risk & Compliance Center of Excellence on development of reusable assets and accelerators based on Best Practices and Implementation knowledge
Skills and Experience:
- 8-15 years in Banking Risk Management & Regulatory Domain, with at least 5 years in the area of Operational Risk Management & GRC
- Experience & Solid understanding of KRIs, RCSAs, Loss Data Management, Audit & Issue management, Business continuity management & Information security.
- Analytical bent of mind, good ability to listen and communicate and effectively articulate.
- Very good understanding of regulatory and compliance relating to Basel
- Willingness to travel across the globe depending on client requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently and deliver.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
