Für unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Basel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen PLM - Program Manager (m/w).

Aufgaben:
The PLM Program Manager’s primary responsibility is management of business transformation programs. He/she must have gained a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or an equivalent and attended a formal Project Management training or has an equivalent qualification. Excellent communication and coordination skills are required. A good cross section of application management, application development and project management is also a requirement. Budgetary and people management skills are required.

* Managing the tactical and overall operations of a combined Business and IT project team
* Planning and coordinating both short- and long-term systems strategy and implementation
* Managing and defining project and program budgets
* Analyzing workflow, delegating project tasks and meeting project goals and timelines
* Developing and monitoring performance standards
* Providing input on hiring decisions for technical staff
* Implementing and monitoring projects and programs
* Understanding the business requirements and the company’s vision and mission
* Simplify and communicate complex issues to different level of audience up to and including C-levels
* Coordination with third party contractors / vendors
* Provide regular progress reports on programs and projects to the IT-Solutions Director and other senior level management
* Perform other related duties assigned by IT management for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective service delivery to customers
* Overall coordination and prioritization in collaboration with an IT-Solutions Director
* Other duties may be assigned as required by IT and senior management

Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen: 
* 12 plus years IT experience in IT applications, development and project management related functions with an emphasis on PLM applications, specifically Siemens Teamcenter
* Deep knowledge and depth of experience with budget processes and generally accepted accounting practices
* Experience with interfacing and managing delivery of services through an outsourced partner
*  Excellent skills in problem solving, managing and resolving competing points of view and resource limitations with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Demonstrated experience in contract negotiations and contract review experience
* Ability to interact with all levels of management and end users
* Knowledge and depth of experience with software development methodologies
* Broad experience in applying business solutions
* Experience in aviation or manufacturing environment
* At least 10 years of successful project and portfolio management
* Strong leadership skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
* Experience in leading international and multicultural teams
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
