TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden aus dem Raum Frankfurt am Main suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Service/Operations Manager (m/w).
Aufgaben:
* Manage VENDOR overall service delivery and service relationship
* Adjust service levels
* Operational monitoring
* Implement measurements and monitor performance indicators including but not limited to Service Levels, quality indicators and satisfaction measures
* Service activity report
* Participate in Service Delivery meetings - communication on a service delivery perspective
* Support steering of digital payment applications that includes:
- support of migration of new releases
- implement measurments
- define and control service delivery
Für diese Aufgabenstellung sollten Sie über die folgenden Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen verfügen:
* Deep experience in airline payment processes (like Amadeus Payment Suite, Airline Payment platforms)
* Must be able to demonstrate commercial experience working in a similar role which preferably shows a solid understanding of project management principles.
* In-depth experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
* 3+ years experience in IT operations monitoring
* Experience with Jira
* Experience in operation on digital or eCommerce technology applications incl. mobile technology
* Deep understanding of problem/incident management processes
* Excellent written and verbal English language skills (business fluency), German language would be a strong plus
