Leading of a problem management and RCA expert team
Analyze major incidents and problems in DC XaaS network environment
Drive incident and problem finding in given SLA frame
Perform and coordinate Root Cause analysis, deliver results towards management
Drive implementation of findings
Coordination of a network expert team to analyze major incidents and problems
Communication towards various vendors and stakeholders
Connect network issues with Server, Hypervisor and Storage issues
Prform management calls to discuss progress
Reporting of progress and Root Causes to various contributors including management
Derive recommendations for network design and processes
Documentation of results
Skills:
Comprehensive DC multivendor network operation knowledge including (Routing/Switching, Loadbalancing, FW, Internet Access/VPN, WAN, service interworking) in an XaaS environment
Strong network Incident and Problem management competence
Ability to coordinate Incident & Problem finding across network expert team and beyond (Project Management skills)
Experience and ability to deal in a complex environment
Experience to communicate towards management
Ability to abstract problems
High degree of communication and arguing skills
Fluid English and German
