TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen Project Manager (m/w) Service IT Infrastructure für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 6 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Establish and control a reliable financial business case for the moveIT program
- C-Level capable preparation of a business case
- Tracking/Controlling of the program progress
- Establishing a weekly financial dashboard
- Financial clustering of the program expenses. Identification of areas for optimization eg. By clustering and pushing make or buy recommendations
- Communication with all relevant stakeholders (Headquarter, Region, Project)
- Training of project managers and department heads regarding controlling methods and best practices.
Technical requirements
- Project Management experience (budgets, plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.)
- Managing and performing Financial audits/reviews
- Proven experience in analysing technical program business cases
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
- Additional PMI certification is a plus
Non-Technical requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and able to motive teams without having any hierarchical responsibility is a must
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional work outside of normal working hours or weekend/holiday work)
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong financial analytical and problemsolving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
- Able to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment.
Language Requirements:
- German language + English (mandatory)
Additional:
- Experience in Managing and performing Finacial Audits/Reviews?
- Proven experience in analysing technical program Business cases?
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation?
- Additional PMI certification?
