Requirements
- Develop, plan and execute sales and distribution strategy for Honor business in Western Europe
- Responsible for sales revenue target, joint marketing plan and customer relationship with key global key accounts like Amazon, MSD on line, Auchun
- Responsible for key distributor global agreement negotiation and customer relationship management like IMM
- Coordinate with local country team for sales and joint marketing activity
Qualifications
- 8 years working experience in sales within consumer business in Western Europe
- Bachelor's degree in economics/Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Creative, good at concept development, deep understanding of local consumer business market
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross department coordination capability
- Social and emotional intelligence to be able to work within a challenging environment of intercultural difference
