Contract C++ Developer (Applied Mathematics)
C++ a strong theoretical understanding of applied mathematics sought on a contract basis in Berlin. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension with a rate up to €50 per hour.
Our client is a leading Tier 1 Supplier to the automotive industry who is currently building next-generation navigation and telematics services. They are looking for experts to add algorithm and software applications competence to the development team.
Goal: Work on the development of SW applications for Geographic Information Systems and Navigation Systems. Main task will be to develop new features + enhance existing code.
Skills Required:
- Excellent C++ programming skills
- Experience using Python and developing in a Linux environment
- Degree educated to Bachelors level minimum with a strong background in mathematics or theoretical physics
- Highly desirable: previous experience developing algorithms for navigation and mapping (dead reckoning, map matching etc.)
