Skills:Very good knowledge of J2EE/JSF standards, JPA, LDAP, WSL, Primefaces, iText, JUnit, RSA 8, WAS 8, MS SQL Server, Oracle, HIS in an enterprise environment.
Excellent skills in software development and testing in a multicultural environment.
Excellent knowledge of Model-View-Controller Framework (MVC) and Web Development.
Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
Skills Preferred:
HR business process knowledge and expertise.
Sound understanding of Project Management Methodologies (Agile Development, SCRUM, Classical Waterfall etc.).
Project experience as a "lead developer".
Softskills:
Strong security and audit mindset
Strong social competence and communications skills with the team and business customers.
Demonstrated ability to deliver / support under pressure with a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction.
Capable to work with ambiguity and able to build up clarity within such environment.

Aufgaben:
Lead development activities for the GER/UK HR functionality.
New solutions will need to be developed (technologies in scope: Enterprise Java, JSF, JPA, MS SQL Server, Oracle, WAS, IHS).
Develop and implement deliverables for the AD HR Systems portfolio.
2nd and 3rd Level Production Support for AD HR Systems portfolio.
Lead & Support migration and renewal of HR applications.
Perform, control and improve application development, deployment and testing standards.
Perform and manage internal code reviews.
Train and mentor new developers.
Plan, perform and control knowledge transfer as required.
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the functional business requirements and expectations.
Responsible for ensuring all requirements are fully documented to customers IT standards Understand customers security & control processes and work with a very strong security and audit mindset (dealing with sensitive data).
Deal with concurrent projects and work on prioritization and resolution of project issues.
Develop and maintain a good relationship with business partners and conduct regular reviews. When appropriate escalate matters to right levels.
