Service Level Achievement:
- Manages systems within SLA and/or customer requirements, proposing, defining improvements and implementing changes
to meet service level requirements. Technically leads implementation of changes
Project Work Deliverables:
- Leads technical implementation/ designs including producing cost and timescale estimates to meet service delivery requirements.
Consults in the tender stage as a high technical expert in complex projects. May give training, presentations and workshops
