Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir ab sofort einen Systemadministrator (m/w) für den Business Applications Service.Ihre Aufgaben:
Second Level Incident- und Problemhandling for the Application Infrastructure
Third Level Incident- und Problemhandling
Ordermanagement (RUN)
Installation of Applicationupdates resp. Bugfixes
Integration-tests (Test of compatibility of aplications with other applicationsresp.Infrastructure components of the servers)
Documentation of all installations , changes processes and productreleases as well as adoptions and updates in Database
Applicationspecific Monitoring
Migration of applications to new servers / Versions of OS
Downtimemanagement based on predefined downtimewindows (e.g.. Windows Security Patch Rollouts)
Installation, Update and Maintenance of client-products on the Windows-Terminalservers
Support in Design Questions by applications –Operational Know How
Initialization of an Oracle-Infrastructure-Component (Server/DB) for an
application
Setup of the application specific Oracle DB Objects (Tables, Views..) in the
context of an installation or an update
Ihr Profil:
Longterm Experience in Design and build of client server applications
Knowledge in application design and Scripting
MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Administrator)
Experience with project Management
