PowerMax is a global ERP solution based on SAP technology which aims to standardise Power Sector core business processes and tools as well as to harmonise the way we globally execute our business activities.PMx Technical Integration Team is a key contributor to the global PowerMax program, participating in country deployment projects and operations support. The services include system landscape strategy, technical architecture and integration architecture, SAP NetWeaver and Basis, SAP authorization, user management, security and compliance.

Skills:
Contribution to PMx system landscape strategy, methodic approach to architecture topics, in particular to application architecture, technical integration architecture with interfaces to both SAP and non-SAP components in scope of the PMx solution
Analysis and specification of technical requirements, contribute or propose technical designs in the area of NetWeaver, Basis and technical architecture
Effort estimation for technical projects and change requests
Project management for complex technical projects incl. integration projects
Close alignment and liaising with:
Functional teams and functional subject matter experts
Release manager
Configuration manager
Data migration manager
Test manager
Support and assist functional teams to evaluate technical solution options for new projects or new requirements, support or close collaboration with development team for solution design
Contribution to overall system design to fulfill performance, high availability and scalability requirements, contribution to sizing, security and non-functional requirements
Support for technical roadmap, planning for upgrades and enhancement packages
Conduct Technical Impact Analysis for country or business unit rollout of the PMx solution
Contribute to Business Continuity planning incl. technical Disaster Recovery Plans
Solid understanding of compliance requirements (Audit, SOX, corporate standards)
Solid knowledge of security-related technologies and standards, encryption, certificates, etc.
Good understanding of state-of –the-art technologies for frontends (Fiori, etc.), mobile solution concepts, related web technologies and portal solutions
University degree or comparable formal education or proven track for ability to work in a structured and methodic way
Minimum 7 years experience in ERP projects
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Interpersonal skills, good communication skills, presentation skills
Willingness for team work, able to work independently and within teams
Work with a global perspective and with a multinational team, respecting different cultures and behaviors
Fluent English in spoken and written form
German: advantage
