Marlin Green is urgently looking for an Service Request Delivery Manager for one of our international clients.

We are urgently looking for an Service Request Delivery Manager-Specialist with the following skills:

Coordinate and manage the delivery process (50%)
Manage on working level the parties involved in service delivery
Track progress on delivery and keep requestors up-to-date about the delivery status
Drive the issues resolution if required
Ensure that tools and trackers are updated reflecting the current delivery status
Perform quality assurance for all delivered items and obtain confirmation from requestor

Analyse requests, break them down into standard activities and schedule them for delivery (50%)
Assess requests; understand the demand behind the requests. Propose alternative solutions, if appropriate
Update knowledge DB on confirmed working approaches, contacts, tips and hints
Break requests down into standardized IT services (if needed), request and schedule them for delivery
Monitor request queue and status and alert on delays
Update requestors on the request status
Handle escalations
Improve the application move process
