Tätigkeit:
For one of our clients from the finance sector we are currently looking for a Project Consultant (f/m). The position includes the following tasks and responsibilities: project management support for business development, compliance and other high-value projects , support project sead in all organizational, strategical and business related questions, oversee budget planning process, project planning and status reporting, develop and maintain project governance, policies and processes, supervision management of milestone, drive special business analyses and assessments across a wide variety of financial and business development topics, validate and prepare strategy paper material and presentations required for top level management. The following qualifications are required: excellent interpersonal communication abilities including good listening skills, writing and verbal skills, assertiveness in presenting ideas, adapting content to be appropriate for a range of audiences, ability to evaluate risks and opportunities, uses analytical and problem-solving skills, exhibits comfort with ambiguity, takes initiative and strives for results, able to prioritize time, strong project management skills, meets deadlines, sense of urgency and responsibility, ability to multi-task and work under pressure, detail oriented an ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable results, creativity in spotting and shaping opportunities, anticipates future opportunities and consequences, demonstrates innovative approach to work, identifies the most critical issues and questions in complex problems and ability to organize chaos into a coherent plan. And also very high competence level of Microsoft Office, especially MS Power Point, high commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility, flexibility and reliability, experience in projects with budget management, team player, excellent communication skills, excellent German and English skills. Project start: mid of November 2015. Project duration: 6 months (with option for extension). Assignment location: Rhine/main area.
