Tätigkeit:For one of our clients from the finance sector we are currently looking for a Project Manager (f/m). The position includes the following responsibilities: participate in lean projects as project leader, work stream leader or expert supporting the team, act as an ambassador, trainer, coach and mentor for operational leadership and lean teams, build capabilities at operational level and develop key mind-sets and behaviours, define, run and manage optimisation projects and ensure quality, analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes to identify and prioritize potential improvements. Required Skills: university degree or equivalent in business, economics or comparable, several years of professional experience working in a consulting role, proven track record and success with applying Lean Management approaches and tools, leadership experience in a project environment, ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organization, excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, good team-working, conflict management and relationship-building skills, willingness to learn and teach new methodologies and tools, ability to work independently, accurately and timely and to prioritize, fluent in English and German. Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications. Project start: asap. Project duration: 6 months.
