Task description
- Preparing to Support the live application once it goes into production environment
- Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues
- Investigating and fixing bugs
- Participating in test execution cycles
- Interact with other technology groups as needed
- Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions
- Support and maintenance of a complex application system
- Customizing web toolkit
- Development duties
- Mature and constructive approach to troubleshooting
Skills
- Experience: Java / J2EE must
- Expertise in one of the two : TIBCO workflow or GWT ( Google web toolkit ) must
- Webservices and Oracle must
- Strong programming skills with emphasis on SQL and stored procedures must
- Banking know-how must
- Language skills: Fluent German and English - reading and writing
