Financial Messaging program is about replacing the existing application by the new application. FM connects to several backends to send and receive SWIFT messages - Some backends are already live, some are in the pipeline (testing or received signoff).
We have 3 testing teams - System Integration testing, Non functional testing and User Acceptance testing going on with the FM application.

Below is the overview of the responsibilities as TEM - Manage 13 Test environments (infrastructure) for FM
- Ensure the test environments are in good shape for use by testing teams
- Coordinate downtimes on the test environments for deployment activities
- Notify stakeholders about the status of test environments
- Coordinate the quick resolution of issues detected post deployment
- Minimize and Manage escalations
- Manage the TES team (1 onsite resource + 4 offshore resources)
- Ensure ALM tickets are worked on and moved out of our queue
- Coordinate to get support for resolution of issues from dbus MQ team, dap team, scrum team, system team, dweb team.
- Weekly reporting on FM program to TES management Basically all efforts of TEM are directed towards
1. Making the FMS test environments available for testing at all times
2. Minimizing or eliminating any downtime due to technical glitches
3. Notifying all stakeholders on status of the test environments
