Roc Search is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst (Junior) for a contract opportunity based in Frankfurt Germany
Responsibilities
*To prepare and/or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
*To maintain the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
* To participate and facilitate the walkthrough' to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements.
*To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
Additional requirement
*Online shop technology experience
*Usability, web frontends & portals
*Airline reservation, and airline eCommerce Systems
*SEO/conversion management experience
*Experience in functional and technical documentation (specification) as a basis for implementation and testing in complex environments
*Knowledge in user profiling and personalization
*Experience in user data management
*Knowledge in database and BI technologies (incl. SQL)
*Data mining experience
*Process knowledge in flight booking & ticketing covering whole travel chain (incl. Check-In)
*Payment & PCI experience
*Airline revenue accounting know-how
*Service-oriented architectures
*Experience with amadeus DCS & RES Back End systems (Altea)
*Process knowledge fares, rules and ancillaries (incl. ATPCO)
*Process knowledge covering whole travel chain (incl. CKI)
*Knowledge in availability mechanisms
*Knowledge in interface descriptions and as well standard as airline specific interface notation (XML, JSON, NDC, OTA)
