Interim Manager Automotive/ IT/ Telko

Key responsibilities of the function:
? Managing all sales, service management, business development and product design activities for all product and platform-based businesses in the area
? Function includes complete End-to-End scope with full revenue, profit&loss, customer satisfaction and growth responsibility
? Lead complete area line organization with approx 100 FTE plus approx. 200 FTE via project assignment, partners as well as freelancers, additional international employees via Matrix and/or local assignment
? Steer P&L driven business, establish forecasting processes and implement KPI management
? Take responsibility to define the unit strategy (incl.setting up new business models which will drive the business in the next upcoming 10+ years) , align the team and execute the strategy
? Manage M+A processes (target definition, deal making, post merger activities, governance)
? Take responsibility to identify, assess and mitigate high-impact risks
? Take responsibility for overall product design
? Collaborate with external partners in sales, service and development on global scale
? Establish and foster contacts with stakeholders in industry and automotive organizations
? Intensive external customer contact to clients in automotive, car & supplier industries
? Empower your team to drive sales, cost efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability

Key capabilities of the job holder:
? General management skills
? > 10 years track record in serving automotive industry on management positons
? Strong sales and business development experience in automotive ecosystem
? Broad knowledge of IT&TC industry, market trends, technologies, business models and key players
? Proven track record in leading business units with P+L responsibility
? Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting;
? Proven managerial experience in leading line and matrix organizations of 100+ employees located globally
? Highly experienced to work and manage on CxO Level in customer, partner and own organization
? Team Oriented - builds strong relationships at every level of the organization and is a strong motivator who knows how to influence and get others to consistently do their best work. Overcomes barriers within own organization, peer organization and virtual organization
? Strong capabilities and successful application of methods like Value based sales
? Candidates need to be fluent in English and German
? The position requires the willingness to travel (internationally)
