Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3116 for a Senior Project Manager (f/m) for Financial Transformation Asset Management

Project environment
A Global Swiss Bank is looking for a Senior Project Management to support the Team Head in reviewing, recording and setting up the processes within the Asset Management Devision in Switzerland.

Tasks
• Review current revenue processes in the Global Asset Management accounting chain.
• Provide Gap reviews and creates proposals of how it could get more efficient and better controlled.
• Review support in all kind of accounting processes within the Asset Management.
• Set up new processes in a systematic way, combining processes from C/C Fees, Global Asset Management team and Revenue control team.
• Support Offshore activities.
• Review/set up KPI’s/KPC’s.
• Take over Run the Bank responsibilities.

Requirements
• Asset Management experience is a must.
• Ability to communicate and report to the Top Management and Senior Stakeholders.
• Has strong (English) communication skills, German is an asset.
• Previous experience within a global bank would be prefered.
• At least 12 years of Project Management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and ready to work some extra hours.
