Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3064 for a Project Manager (f/m) for Portfolio Management and Reporting

Project environment
This role, within a Global Swiss Bank, focuses on the portfolio governance for the Change the Bank (CTB) portfolios across business divisions. The role involves working closely with Senior Managers within IT, the divisional governance committees, Finance and the portfolio communities to provide support and control for the business, and IT streams.

Tasks
• Representing the Project & Portfolio Controlling business division regarding governance activities.
• Proactive ongoing process improvement / optimisation for portfolio management & governance including participation in group wide working groups and initiatives.
• Working with portfolio managers across the business divisions and IT to gather requirements and consolidate feedback to group wide governance proposals.
• Ensuring compliance with the Investment Governance mandates and policies.
• Performing and co-ordinating quality assurance and control checks across the CTB portfolio.
• Supplying high quality, timely materials, including analysis of program status and financial data to meet planned and ad-hoc requirements of Account Managers and key Investment Governance stakeholders.
• Acting as a key point for communication across the business Divisions & IT sectors for governance and program related enquiries and actions.
• Implementation and maintenance of fit for purpose and robust program management processes, ensuring that these are aligned to Group-wide principles".
• Supporting the Team to create, analyze and understand the new reportings.

Requirements
• Experience in major global banks is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong experience in Portfolio Management and Portfolio Reporting.
• 5+ years of experience within a similar role.
• English is a must, German is an asset.
• Proficient in Excel.
