Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,derzeit unterstützen wir einen Kunden in München bei der Suche nach einem Scrum Master für folgendes Projekt:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organize and moderate the ceremonies of up to two Scrum teams
- Proactively detect and remove impediments for the team(s)
- Teach / remind the team, product owners and stakeholders of Agile principles if necessary
- cooperate with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Improve the process with and for the team(s) (backing from management is given)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Scrum Master certification is good to have; experience with computer graphics is a plus
- must have: experience as a Scrum Master in professional software development (good to have: at least two years)
- good to have: Knowledge about Development processes and related tools (continuous integration, build and test systems)
- very good English skills, very good German skills
- identification with the role of a servant leader
- very good communication skills
Start: asap
Dauer: 3 Monate + Option auf 3 weitere Monate
