For our client we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator (m/f).Location: Berlin
Duration: ASAP, 2MM+
- 3+ years of SFDC customization / development.
- Experience with all SFDC key objects like accounts, contacts, opportunities, expenses, requests, activities, cases etc.
- Coverage of SFDC administrative items such as authorization, e-mail services, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks and events and Salesforce Data Loader.
- Design of SFDC custom formula fields, approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and e-mail generation according to application requirements.
- Good communication skills to both clearly explain systems and to gather needs and requirements from business customers.
- Team player with can-do attitude.
- Basic understanding of business processes including product development, sales, procurement, finance, HR.
- Fluent in business English.
