I am urgently looking for a Senior PM for a long term project based in Basle directly with the client.Start: 01.04.2015
Duration: 9 Month + Extension
Location: Basle
Language: English
Skills:
- 5+ Years PM experience
- Offshore experience
- Stakeholder Management experience
- PMI/PMP certified
- Experience with managing team of at least 20+ people
- Experience in managing projects of 5 Mio. EUR or more
If you can answer these questions then ur the right PM for this role:
- what's the highest person you have reported to (CIO, Vice President, etc)?
- How would you mitigate a situation of conflicts between the stakeholders and technical teams and if you can give an example
- What's the difficulties you have faced so far managing offshore teams? And how do you get things done and move forward from offshore teams? What's your approach to the fact indian offshore teams always say yes and then don't deliver
- Size of team and value of projects you have managed?How many project have you managed at the same time?
- What IT technologies you are more familiar with?
-Speak about your experience managing stakeholders and what has been your interaction with different departments (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc)
