Task:- Manage and lead global quality assurance related reporting
- Manage and lead global customer quality related reporting
- Maintain Customer Portals
- Administration and development of quality related Share Point sites
- Lead external and internal audit planning (globally)
- Manage and analyse global system audit reports
- Track corrective and preventive actions related to major deviation from 3.rd party audits
- Ensure communicate of quality reports to global organization
- Conduct internal system- and process- audits where applicable
- Development of the VC internal Management system and related processes
- Ensure creation, collaboration and administration of global documents
- Carry out quality related employee training
Requirements (Must have):
- Industrial engineering or similar technical studies
- Background in the automotive supply industry
- Professional experience of 5 years thereof 2 years in Quality
- Experienced in (Quality) System Management (ISO 9001 & IATF based)
- Knows Quality Methods like APQP, FMEA, PPAP and statistics
- Trained as 1.st party auditor for IATF; ideally as 2.nd party auditor
- Know-how as VDA 6.3 auditor is desirable
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and
SharePoint
Nice to have:
- 8D, 5Why, Fault Tree Analysis know how
- Procurement and administration of international standards
- Support at the development and implementation of quality relevant or related software and systems
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- Willingness to travel
- Fluently in English, as English is the company language
