Activities:• Alignment with POs for prioritization of user stories and defects as candidates for development packages for DM, PM and Res Mgmt
• Drafting of development packages for defects and functional enhancements (together with BA, POs, dev & testing team) proactively according to backlog
• Compilation of planning for phases “development”, “functional testing” and “deployment” based on input of dev and testing teams
• Regular alignments with development and functional testing team
• Coordination of deployments with platform release management
• Steering daily defect & deployment call
• Status reporting on development & deployment activities in the PPM Daily
Responsibility:
• Ensure proper planning of development activities (detailed planning for next 2 month, rough planning for future)
• Delivery of development packages as agreed with POs (content & deployment according to planning)
