We are currently searching for a consultant to conduct a Governance review of their outsourced SAP Application Management.
The initial contract will be for 2-3 months but there is a possibility of an extension.
Description:
After successfully driving an off-shore program in SAP Application management area for a year, our client would like to execute for of the yearly reviews of our governance model. This review requires a senior conceptional view on things as well as an ability to objectively & critically identify possible (hidden) gaps in the governance model. Very important is of course a proactive approach to potential improvements and their integration into the model.
The project/review starts ASAP, expected end latest by 20th of December.
The main tasks will be:
- Review current governance model
- Evaluate gaps
- Suggest improvements to the model
- Integrate the improvements into the model.
Further Tasks include:
- Reporting (Incident, Change, Problem)
- KPIs
- Change requirement process
- Capacity management of the supplier (skill management, turnover rates etc.)
- Onboarding and offboarding process of the supplier resources
- Communication: Stakeholders, channels, tools
Start: ASAP/Within November
Duration: 2 months +
