PMO Resource Manager - Baden-Württemberg - 6 months +
English speaking role
The PMO Resource Manager will build and maintain an overall resource plan and align the supply of resources and skills to the demand of the entire programme.
We are looking for someone who has a close match to the experience needed and previously been responsible for PMO and particularly resource management.
Role/Responsibilities;
- At least two years working in resource management areas within an ERP implementation, ideally SAP.
- Ensure all roles in the programme organization chart are filled.
- Build and maintain a resource & availability tracker.
- Constantly align with the Programme Scheduler to ensure planned activities and available resources are aligned.
- Liaise closely with project and programme managers, and other leads to ensure properly equipped resources are available to them as per plan.
- Ensure Resources are reporting accurate actual time on the programme.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates to replace lost or inadequate resources
