Our client is currently looking for an SAP HR Systems Rollout Manager (m/f) for a project in Cologne.
Description:We need a Rollout Manager (m/f) with profound Employee Central experience, especially around rollout preparation and rollout. The respective Rollout Manager (m/f) will work with the team to create rollout plans for each country and compile these into a consistent masterplan, also considering local requirements. The Rollout Manager (m/f) will also be responsible to conduct the actual rollouts and prepare our Employee Central system to match the described requirements.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
- HR process experience
- HR systems consolidation experience
- GDPR requirements in HR
- Project Management experience
- International HR consolidation experience a plus
Required languages: good written and spoken English/German
Additional languages (French, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, Turkish) a plus
Duration: asap for 8-9 months
