We are looking for a “PMO (m/f)" for our customer from the energy sector with the following basic conditions:Start: 15.10.2018
Duration: 2 months +
Location: Düsseldorf
Tasks:
• The overall role is to provide a central coordinating role for the rollout, track progress and facilitate the resolution of any issues that may occur
• Support the project manager in the delivery of the MPSaaS printer project
• Project roll outs spanning more than one country within Europe and dealing with multicultural organisations
• Act as the Central Coordination point for the rollout with the regions and with our partners
• Provide status reporting in alignment with the HP partners
• Coordinate the resolution of rollout issues that require input from the Central project team
• Consult discussions with the various local workers councils in Germany
• Support the project manager and think creatively about how to resolve challenges relating to timeline and locations if required
• PMO activities
• Country rollout planning and coordination activities
• Liaison with German Workers Council if native German speaker
• Effective and efficient management of key stakeholders within the company up to and including board level
Requirements:
• A good communicator in both German and English with a preference for a Native German speaker
• Work with multiple partners who are part of the overall delivery team
• Be able to produce communication materials in both German and English including end user documentation / Project Steering presentations
• Activities are expected to be delivered centrally from Dusseldorf / Germany
• Well organised self starter who can plan ahead
