Task description
• Managing the portfolio process for a digitisation project of an international company
• Coordinating the portfolio processes with the regional counterparts to prepare key decision meetings with senior stakeholders
• Managing all processes related to the digitisation project portfolio from the initial definition and roadmap to change requests, dependency planning and the assessment of impact vs. initial business cases
• Working with controlling and PMO to ensure sufficient funding for all portfolio EPICs as well as to ensure alignment of the roadmap with regional MTPs
• Preparation of concise business cases, proposals and papers to be presented to the board.

Your profile
• Strong experience in developing and managing B2C products and good track record of commercial and/or technical achievement as well as P&L improvement, revenue growth and cost reduction
• Experience from commodity business could be advantageous
• Ability to deliver to tight time scales, innovate and ´´think outside the box´´ to deliver propositions/products and solutions that meet customers’ requirements.
• Strong analytical skills including financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Fluent in English, German would be a plus
