We are looking for a "PMO Consultant (m/f)" for our customer from the IT sector with the following basic conditions:Start: asap
Duration: 6 months +
Location: Düsseldorf
Workload: 100%
Tasks:
• Planning and execution program, main project and MVPs (including processes, dependencies, risks, issues, critical path) in Clarity
• Status reporting, project progress control and evaluations of the progress of the results
• QS and Acceptance Management, Open Points and Risk Management
• Requirements and Change Request Management, Budget Controlling
• Internal communication (including meeting structure)
• Decision and escalation processes
• Setup and selective support task forces
• Preparation / Creation Steering Committee and Board documents
Requirements:
• German and English in spoken and written form
• Experience in IT sector
• Professional requirements: project experience in the insurance field, very good experience in project management in large projects and in the preparation of board documents
• Technical Requirements: Very good knowledge of MS Office and Clarity
• ITIL/PMI and excellent reporting
• Excellent Power Point skills
