Wir, die Accessio, suchen ab dem 15.10.2018 für unseren Kunden einen Interim Shopper & Customer Marketing Consultant (w/m) in Vollzeit bis 31.12.2019 am Standort Darmstadt.- 5 days per week, 80% on-site support/20% remote
- You will take over responsibility for our POS campaigns on our key brand franchise Vigantol in the DACH country cluster. To drive growth, you will create a holistic POS strategy, based on solid market insights and will lead your strategy through-out its lifecycle, including execution. In a crossfunctional role between Marketing and Sales you will act as single point of contact and will orchestrate the communication between both functions and will drive all Shopper Marketing topics towards our global marketing teams. Your key goals: visibility, promotion, recommendation, innovation and most of all: Winning with our shoppers and customers from the pharmacy and wholesale space.
- Innovation & Change management projects
- Being a stricly regulated market, innovation in activation mechanisms for the pharmacy channel is rare. You will identify best-practices from other industries and develop and roll-out in-market tests for new ways of POS activation in the pharmacy channel. You are a true entrepreneur and will lead POS innovation that sets new standards within our Shopper & Customer Marketing organisation.
- Hands on mentality, no management role
- Excellent knowledge in Pharma OTC or FMCG
- Excellent skills in Trade/Shopper/Customer Marketing
- Excellent skills in Worked for multinational organisations
- POS experiences
- Business Fluent German & English
- Very good Powerpoint & Excel Skills
