Task:Our Client wants to upgrade consulting methodologies and upskill the organization, to meet changing and increasing demand for data-driven management consulting
Conducting a systematic upgrade of a Management Consultancy’s methodologies, in line with emerging data-driven approaches, to maximize impact and productivity. The consultant should become familiar with existing methods via interviews. In alignment with the client, 4-5 methodologies for detailed analysis should be chosen. Within these deep-dive areas, the consultant should develop a recommendation regarding.
• Are there any data gaps and if so, how should they be addressed? What other, potentially useful data should be collected?
• What are the suitable enabling tools / applications for this methodology upgrade?
• How could the data be analyzed better to facilitate the methodology upgrade?
• What are the recommended changes to the methodology?
• Are there any other pre-requisites to be achieved?
Requirements (Must have):
• University degree ideally in Statistics, alternatively Mathematics, Physics , Computer Science or related natural sciences / technical degree, or comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in statistical modeling and machine learning
• Experience in analyzing complex datasets and building mathematical predictive and prescriptive models, also in a practical business context
• Experience in applying data science methods to business problems
• Very good programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, R
• Experience in at least one visualization tool like Tableau or PowerBI
• Proven experience in working with databases (relational, NoSQL)
