Beschreibung
Task:- Carry the overall responsibility for the strategic license and asset management
- Ensure compliance of all license contracts and sort out any contractual escalation topics – cooperate with IT Operations teams, Procurement, Legal and other internal stakeholders (as appropriate),
- Manage the optimization of the group licensing strategy and planning, steering and monitoring in terms of cost, quality, standards and consolidation in close cooperation with other units and outsourcing service provider
- Managing of license, maintenance and service contracts esp. for Microsoft incl. negotiation, evaluation, steering of consumption
- Establish and ensure processes for monitoring of license consumption and usage within E.ON to ensure the effective utilization of existing licenses, in particular regarding software compliance, pooling and the optimization of the license and maintenance contract portfolio for all Microsoft Licenses, incl. O365 and Azure-Services and others
- Manage the interface to the service providers to ensure optimized support
- Steering of every kind of license audit for EBS Managing and steering of every requirements with regard to structural changes, esp. in case of integrations or carve-outs of E.ON companies or divisions
- Ensure the commercial steering and proceeding
- Project Management for license management topics
Requirements (Must have):
- University Degree in Business Economics, IT or similar
- Degree as Microsoft Certified Professional
- Expert-Knowledge with regard to IT license management, contract management, license auditing, license pooling, license control and data inventory management
- Several years of work experiences in the area of Microsoft-Licensing
- Economic know-how and financial awareness combined with technical knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Experience in leading IT projects in the License area
- Business and customer orientation
- Well-developed communication skills coupled with assertiveness
- Team player, strong result orientation and resilience
- Fluent in German and English
