Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung.
Main tasks:
• The test manager has to be capable to write
o test plans
o test use cases
o has the organizational skills to execute test use cases and follows up on bugs until they are solved
• The following tests are foreseen:
o support in unit tests of Network, Netapp, ESX and V9K,
o planning and execution of Acceptance testing of the Citrix ecosystem
o the testing via dry runs of the service support processes
o and the functional testing of Citrix farms before handed over to the business units involved
o This list could be extended with performance/load/stress testing and regression testing.
• When new change request enters the project the test manager traces the functional, technical, configuration, release and service delivery impact by running proportional tests.
Profile:
• In-depth technical knowledge which enables him/her to read all HLD (some LLDs) created.
• He/She is a consultant and proposes possible test directions to take.
• The test manager is an investigator because design and config information is not always as stated on paper.
• The test manager is aware of contract related test management and has a clear opinion on what and how much needs to be tested to protect the customer.
• The test manager uses the knowledge of the project team members to ensure buy in.
• When the project is in a time constraint the test manager is able to explain what tests are more important and why.
Skill:
We ask multiple years of testing experience, autonomy, responsibility and learning agility, good communication skills, problem solving skills, negotiation skills, lead skills, result oriented and perseverance.
Some more technical competences:
• Good understanding of End user experience
• High availability and Disaster recovery (from end user perspective to technical component)
• General knowledge of Citrix, Windows Server, Windows Client OS,
• General understanding of network (VLAN, IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Knowledge of Appsense, Netscaler is a plus.
Language Requirements:
• Excellent communication in German, English and French is an absolute must have.
