Task:Our Client is starting a new program to understand the issues in the branches and solve them, it will begin with a global understanding of the processes, human and technical ones, in order to improve them. The candidate should be able to identify the business processes, to analize if it has issues, and in case they have, be able to addres the solution to a technical change or a functional modification. Is very important to be proactive and self motivated, with perfect German due to the visits in the branches.
Main Tasks:
Identify the lacks in the business and technical processes to be able to address proper solutions
Working in Agile Environment being part of the developement team
Testing of Solution, technical and functional wise
Being able to translate the functional gaps in technical user stories and identify which user histories are technical and which are procedural changes
Visit the branches to identify the needs.
Requirements (Must have):
project language german and english fluent
