Position- Program Manager - Global Network Program
Location- Essen, Germany
Hiring Mode-Contractual
Duration- 3+ months with extension
Language Required-English, German is an added advantage
Skills required- PPMS
Responsibilities
The role of Programme Manager will have the following responsibilities within the Global Network Programme.
Manage the Global Network Programme Controls with respect to Risk, Action, Issue and Dependency Management.
Drive the Programme on a day to day basis to ensure compliance with Project Management Methodology and that the Programme remains within the agreed tolerances of cost, scope, schedule and quality.
Represent the Global Network Programme at the Programme Board Meetings, Meetings where required and as a key representative at the various BU & OU Management forums where required based on the direction from the BU CIO’s
Agree the engagement rules between the Global Programme, Wider BA Function and the BU’s as required during the duration of the Global Network Programme.
Manage resources to lead Technical Architecture, Service Management and Vendor services required by the Global Network Programme.
Work with the purchasing, commercial and legal functions as required to ensure a clear and agreed engagement is in place and aligned to the procedures and policies.
Manage escalations as required through to the Programme Board and the BA Architecture & Projects Manager.
Technical know-how about the network topologies and networking architecture.
Sound knowledge on the IP address standardization and VRF concepts.
Good to Have
The role of Programme Manager will have deal with the below topics within the Global Network Programme.
CCNA Certification will a plus
Project management certifications
ITIL knowledge will be appreciated.
