Job Description
As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. This position will involve working in shifts.
Required
• Knowledge on global image deployment. Installation,configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of OSD in SCCM & Image packaging tool.
• Maintain the Windows OS Imaging standards and propose changes based on industry best practices.
• Expertise in Image Management through SCCM/MDT/Ghost. Expertise on Scripting using VBScript, Application script, Win batch, PowerShell Scripting is a plus
• Expertise in MDT Tools in deployment of image.
• Provide periodic status updates on progress of OS Image build activity.
• Prepare and update relevant imaging documentation
• Update tickets with accurate and timely records of work performed, and resolution detail
• Experience in issue troubleshooting and handling the escalation calls
Preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Client OS (7/10) both 32 bit & 64 bit.
• Hands on experience on various PC Hardware configuration (HP, Dell, etc.) & other peripheral devices (ex: Printers, Projectors, etc.).
• Experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting business & productivity applications (Office 365, IE, Skype for Business, etc.)
• In-depth expertise on Windows Client OS configuration, OS image build process, deployment workflow and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision and direction is required in order to perform professional and organizational responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams (EU based)& end customers.
