SAP Cutover Manager/Cutover Management/Business Cutover Lead/Functional Cutover
Marlin Green is currently searching for a SAP Cutover Manager to join one of its international clients based in Berlin.
The initial contract will be to start ASAP/Within July
- Skills/experiences
- Knowledge of processes in Oil downstream processes: logistics, secondary logistics, pricing, sales
- Experience in running cutover activities
- Advantage: SAP Oil&Gas/IS-Oil & S/4 HANA
- Tasks
- Will be responsible for coordination and completion of the Business Cutover Plan which will feed into the overall Cutover Plan
- Will be responsible for ensuring a Business Continuity Plan is in place prior to Go-Live
- Gather inputs from all necessary parties regarding technical cutover and document them in the plan
- Work with 3rd parties to outline and agree business cutover elements related to 3rd party applications and interfaces, where there is a dependency or impact on the project business cutover
- Coordinate business cutover related communications
- Resolve business resource conflicts and act as a point of escalation for issues
- Coordinate business cutover at go-live
- Provide input to the service provider's Technical Cutover Lead during cutover with regards to business cutover progress, reporting
- Represent the business in cutover communication and status meetings. Follow-up with the business on key actions/tasks where required
