Your Skills
- Experience in the use of design software (CAD, CAE or ECAD)
- Excellent written and verbal English AND French communication skills are essential. (Additional language skills are a plus.)
- A passion for helping people
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Familiarity using Autodesk AutoCAD and/or other Autodesk products like AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD MEP
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of using CAD systems
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including periodic weekend hours from home
Your Tasks
- Provide timely, friendly and efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions
- Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase
- Research, verify, and document product issues
- Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on progress
