Task:We are looking for our recently established RPA team for help in following tasks
- Analysis of BP processes design and identifying improvement potentials.
- Analyzing errors in the process executions, performing root-cause-analysis and suggesting best possible correction / redesign
- Discussing with both users and support teams the technical designs of the current and new processes
- Implementation of new processes in BP
- BOT management
Management tasks:
- Establishing AM processes in the RPA area – mainly focus on Incident Mgt, Change mgt, Problem mgt.
- Review and redefinition of monitoring processes and relevant reporting
- Help to coordinate multiple suppliers (mostly offshore teams).
