Stellenbeschreibung
- responsibility for overall operational management of the data centre
- the scope of the role includes health and safety, operational continuity, facilities management, delivery of service to SLAs agreed with Customers, the management of contractors, and the fulfilment of added value services to Customers
Profil
- relevant professional electrical and/or mechanical engineering qualification
- experience in managing technical resources in an electrical and mechanical environment
- at least 5 years' experience operational management of a critical technical environment.
- strong knowledge of the critical systems found in a data centre environment
- exceptional leadership and management skills including employee performance management, recruitment and motivation
- experience in the selection, appointment and management of external contractors
- experienced in full accountability for the management of Operations budgets
- proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office application suite
- demonstrable Customer facing experience, including in a pre-sales, regular review and post-incident review mode
- a Health & safety qualification
